As per the latest reports, a source close to the Hollywood heartthrob has revealed to media sources that the actor is all set to propose marriage to his lady love of five years Bar Refaeli. The actor has reportedly sought his mother’s help to choose the perfect ring for his bride-to-be.

A reputed media source quoted a source close to Leonardo DiCaprio as saying that the “Inception” star has finally decided to settle down and make his relationship with the Israeli-born Bar Refaeli official. The source had also added that star has revealed his latest plans to his close friends and said to them that mother is helping him to get the perfect ring for the engagement. As per reports, the actor has already asked Bar Refaeli to move in with him. However, the model although does not mind spending a night or two at his bachelor pad is not comfortable staying at his present place all the time.

Therefore it seems that Leonardo DiCaprio will not only propose to his lady in the near future but also have a new place to live in with his partner. Fox clothing company decided Monday to replace a provocative billboard featuring model Bar Refaeli laying in bed with minimal clothing, after several consumer complaints.

The company said in a press release that “even though there were only several complaints, Fox decided to take them into account since the clothing company appeals to the general public and all sectors of society.”

Fox invested hundreds of thousands of shekels in the giant billboard that was up in the Ayalon highway in Tel Aviv.

The billboard that was taken down on Monday showed pictures of model Bar Refaeli and Israeli ‘Survivor’ reality star Noam Tor laying in bed side by side wearing minimal clothing.

Fox decided to replace the billboard with more modest pictures of the two stars, where Refaeli and Tor wear winter clothing.
